Sticky toffee breakfast bowl

1 chopped banana
1 ripe pear
5 prunes
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
HERE'S ALL YOU NEED TO DO:
STEP 1:
First, you’ll need to prep the fruit – chop the banana, peel and dice the pear and cut the dates into chunks making sure you remove any stones or stalks.
STEP 2:
Set aside a few pieces of each of the fruit to sprinkle on top and put the rest in a blender with your yoghurt and blitz until it appears smooth. If it feels a bit thick then you can always add a touch of milk halfway through blending – it'll make it creamier too!
STEP 3:
Tip into your favourite bowl and carefully drop the remaining fruit chunks on top.
